5. DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before production begins.

SAMBLEMS reserves the right to require full payment in advance for any order at its sole discretion.
6. ARTWORK, MOCKUPS, AND DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL

Once approval has been provided, the Customer accepts full responsibility for the approved artwork. SAMBLEMS LLC. shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, design issues, dimensions, placement, or specifications that were present in the approved proof.
The Customer understands that digital proofs are intended as visual representations only and may not precisely reflect the appearance of the final manufactured product.

12. QUANTITY TOLERANCES
Due to the nature of commercial manufacturing, final delivered quantities may vary slightly from the quantity ordered.
A variation of up to ±5% shall be considered commercially acceptable for large production runs.
If the delivered quantity is lower than the quantity ordered beyond this acceptable tolerance, SAMBLEMS LLC., at its sole discretion, may:
- Produce and ship the remaining quantity;
- Issue a partial refund for the missing items; or
- Provide an account credit.
Minor overages or shortages within accepted manufacturing tolerances shall not constitute breach of contract.
